Service Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 A. M. till 4:00 P. M.

Purpose: To provide training, support and assistance on a 24-hour basis to adults with mental and developmental disabilities in a community setting while maintaining regular contact and therapeutic relationships with family and friends.

Services Provided: Supervised group living residences (also known as group homes) for up to eight individuals to receive support and assistance by trained staff in a family-like atmosphere. Areas of concentration include daily living skills, socialization, self-help skills, recreation and community integration.

Eligibility: 18 years of age or older, Medicaid eligible, having a primary diagnosis of mental handicap.
