Purpose: Helping to resolve problems between tenants and landlords.

Services Provided:

Resolve issues of tenant’s and landlord’s rights, with relation to conflicts creating cause for evictions.

To prevent illegal and unfair eviction processes and/or serve as a clearing house, referring clients to service organizations to educate and advocate for laws and regulations promoting safer environmental standards for all southern Indiana communities.

To promote zero tolerance to drugs, alcohol and violence.

Counseling designed to improve living conditions, prevent homelessness, and increase understanding of tenants and landlords rights and responsibilities.
