The Jump Start Preschool Program is provided by the Harrison County Community Foundation. Jump Start's mission is to increase the kindergarten readiness of at-risk Harrison County resident children.

A preschool environment will create an excitement for learning and assist your child with gaining the skills needed for a successful entrance into public school kindergarten the following year. Free preschool is available to those who qualify. To pre-enroll or obtain more information please contact one of the participating providers or the HCCF.
